Day Beds Explained
A Day bed gives you a sofa during the day and a standard single bed at night time. You can accessorize the day bed with various different size scatter cushions to compliment your room and style, to create the perfect sofa. Just remove the cushions at night and you have a standard single bed.
Sprung Slatted Base
Slats are the most common type of mattress support system used on bedsteads. A base with sprung slats features curved wooden slats, usually made of beech, which sit within the frame. The natural bounce in the slats means that they will adjust to your profile where you exert the most pressure.
